Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)
Revival Auto Care currently ships only within the United States and does not offer international shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, estimated delivery times will depend on the shipping method selected during checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Revival Auto Care partners with Route Package Protection, an optional shipping insurance service that can be added during checkout.

  • If Route Protection Was Purchased:
    If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, you can file a claim through Route for a replacement or refund. Route typically processes claims within 24-48 hours.
    You can submit your claim through Route’s tracking page or by following the link in your Route confirmation email.

  • If Route Protection Was Not Purchased:
    Revival Auto Care is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages if Route Package Protection was not selected at checkout. Customers must contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Certain products, such as liquid chemicals, may be subject to shipping restrictions based on carrier regulations.
Some areas may have hazmat restrictions for specific products.

Order Modifications, Cancellations & Address Changes
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that modifications, cancellations, or address changes can be made.

If you need to update your order, contact support@revivalautocare.com as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to make any changes.

 

Revival Auto Care is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered during checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
