Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags, and in the same condition that you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following items:

Opened liquid chemical products (such as car soaps, air fresheners, tire dressings, etc.)

Final Sale items or gift cards
If you have concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us before making a purchase.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, return the original item (if eligible) and place a separate order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Warranty Policy
Revival Auto Care stands behind the quality of our products and offers a limited warranty against manufacturer defects. This warranty applies only to products used appropriately and for their intended purpose.

Not Covered:

All liquid chemical products (such as soaps, air fresheners, dressings, and cleaners)

Normal wear and tear from regular use

Abuse, modification, or improper use of the product

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors
Warranty Claims & Proof of Purchase
The warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
If a product is deemed defective, Revival Auto Care may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
